Qual'è la differenza tra "Grownd Environment" e "Ultimate Terrain"?
Fanno la stessa cosa o si devono (possono) usare entrambi?

Sono due cose completamente diverse.
Ground Environment modifica le texture, quindi l'aspetto del paesaggio. Però fiumi, strade, linee di costa, ecc. rimangono al loro posto.
Ultimate Terrain invece non tocca le texture (quindi dopo l'installazione non vedrai alcuna modifica all'aspetto) però sistema in modo preciso strade, fiumi, linee di costa ecc. in pratica le cosiddette mesh
L'ideale è usarli entrambi
