Caro e mitico Roger,
ancora non ci credo. Oggi (con AVIRA) - finalmente, dopo mesi - ho fatto un volo di circa 3 ore (MINT1936 GOOY-LPTT) senza avere avuto alcun problema con MDA.
Non senza una certa trepidazione ho costantemente monitorato il Task Manager. In verità dopo un'ora e mezza da 38156KB MDA è schizzato a ben 303588KB ritornando però dopo 32 minuti a 41500 KB. Un dato "standard" che senza sostanziali variazioni, MDA ha mantenuto sino a fine volo. Nonostante il picco che - comunque c'è stato anche se l'unico, MDA non si è bloccato. Merito di AVIRA che non è stato così... "fiscale" come NOD32. Però qualcosa di anormale sicuramente accade e forse ha a che fare con il Metar. Il difficile è capire il perchè.
Si la segnalazione è stato proprio quella.
Se può servire, accludo nuovamente (dal 11/1/2011) il testo del il file Errori di
sistema, compresa l'ultima segnalazione odierna, per me....incomprensibile. La parte precedente la trovi all'inizio di questa discussione (il mio primo appello).
Ancora grazie per il tuo supporto. Non c'è che dire: hai proprio una marcia in più.

Ottimo! Quindi era proprio come pensavo.
In effetti a creare quella situazione di blocco poteva essere un virus, oppure un antivirus, oppure un firewall. Difficilmente altre cose.
In effetti avevo anche pensato ad un blocco della rete, cosa che potrebbe capitare ma non certo con quella frequenza e con quella costanza in tutti i voli!
Le segnalazioni sul log degli errori non credo neanche che c'entrino con il blocco, così come non credo che c'entri l'aumento della memoria utilizzata da MDA. In ogni caso quel picco e quell'errore (dovuto alla ricerca del metar) lo puoi evitare non aprendo il panel come ha detto Giulio.
Tuttavia difficilmente quello ti creerà il blocco totale.
Quindi continua a provare e alla prossima bottiglia fai un brindisi per me!

In ogni caso quel picco e quell'errore (dovuto alla ricerca del metar) lo puoi evitare non aprendo il panel come ha detto Giulio.
Tuttavia difficilmente quello ti creerà il blocco totale.

Caro Roger,
continuerò a fare prove con AVIRA ( e pazienza per NOD32 il cui abbonamento scadrà a metà giugno). Ti terrò informato.
Peccato per il panel che trovo tanto comodo. Non è detto che non continuerò ad usarlo.
A casa mia si cena presto. Ho brindato tanto volentieri alla tua salute con un Montalcino del 2002.
Un rosso che da tanti anni andiamo a prendere verso Pasqua ai Colli dell'Orcia. Segue il rito dell'imbottigliamento che avviene a Roma..in garage: mia moglie riempie le bordolesi ed il sottoscritto le tappa, le etichetta e le sistema nell'attigua cantina di casa.

PS: Non so se hai notato. Per il lustro di Mediterranea sono vicinissimo alle 3000 ore di volo.

Continua pure ad usarlo, magari evita di tenerlo costantemente aperto, ossia aprilo solo all'occorrenza
